It’s strange to say this, but in less than nine months, I will be graduating from college. After years of going to class, endlessly studying and taking tests, it seems strange to think that in just a little bit over half of a year, my way of life will change completely. Instead of cramming all night for a test, I will have to make sure that I get enough sleep to make it through the long hours that I will be putting in at work. Although I know it’s going to be a lot of work, I feel very fortunate to already know that I have a job.

Since I will be moving to Dallas for my job once I graduate, I have had to start looking for an apartment down there. Because I had a three day weekend just over a month ago, I decided to take a trip to Dallas and look at some apartments in person. I was able to see a ton of apartments, and I attribute that to the fact that I had a rental car to use to get from one apartment to the next. Without the rental car, I don’t think I could have seen half of the apartments that I was able to visit. I still haven’t picked an apartment, but my visit definitely helped me to begin narrowing down my list.
